Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is very central, being right next to the main square in The Hague, surrounded by a wide variety of eateries. The rooms were basic but technically a double room, although too small for two. The service was friendly and helpful, especially Irene who went above and beyond to rectify a housekeeping error. The dining experience was simple, with limited options, and parking was an additional charge, higher than other nearby hotels.
The hotel's location is superb, right in the city center and in a nice area, making it very convenient to reach nearby attractions. The rooms, despite being on the fourth floor, were extremely cold, with some noise issues, yet easily changed for the second night. The service was efficient, maintaining a pleasing buffet presentation, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The dining experience suited me perfectly with a good selection, although slightly below average overall. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay with great location benefits.
The hotel is located right at the center of the old town, making it a convenient spot for exploring The Hague. The rooms are well-designed and efficient, but the street-facing windows on the first floor can make it a bit chilly. The service was friendly and helpful, with special recognition to Irene for going above and beyond. The dining experience had good options but could use some variety. Overall, a good value for the money.
I was pleasantly surprised by this Holiday Inn Express. The rooms, although basic as expected, were immaculate, very clean, and surprisingly comfortable and quiet. The staff were accommodating and eager to provide information about the city. The central location made getting around easy, although the ongoing construction in the area made finding it a bit tricky. The dining options were adequate, and the lobby seating was a nice touch. Despite some minor drawbacks, I found the overall experience to be positive and worth the value.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of town, although the dining options were a bit repetitive. Overall, a good value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were quite small but very clean and comfortable. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially during my unexpected extended stay. The location was great, with easy access to bars and shopping. The dining experience was ok, and the facilities were satisfactory.
